  12. Follow the setup instructions printed on the CD. If you
  13. have problems running Trouble & Attitude, then check
  14. the following list for a possible solution to your problem.

  18. (1) Install QuickTime for Windows (see readme.wri file).
  19.  
  20. (2) Turn off Virtual Memory. Disable "Ram Doubler" or
  21.     other memory enhancement software. Trouble &
  22.     Attitude requires at least EIGHT MEGABYTES of real
  23.     memory in order to run properly.
  24.  
  25. (3) Set your monitor for standard 640x480, 256 colors.
  26.  
  27. (4) Trouble & Attitude REQUIRES that video and sound drivers
  28.     conform to the Windows 3.1 or Windows 95 standards. 
  29.     We recommend the latest available video and sound card
  30.     software drivers for best results. 
  31.  
  32. (5) If video or sound playback stutters or Trouble & Attitude
  33.     reports it can't find a particular file, this problem may
  34.     be due to a fingerprint or some other foreign material
  35.     on the surface of the CD. Data CDs are more prone to this
  36.     problem than Audio CDs, therefore, try cleaning the disk
  37.     with a lint free cloth, with a radial motion from the
  38.     center to the outside of the disk.

  40. (6) If you click on a video button and nothing happens, or
  41.     worse yet you get a message reporting "can't divide by
  42.     zero" then "QuickTime for Windows" is not installed
  43.     on your computer. Trouble and Attitude requires
  44.    "QuickTime for Windows" in order to play the movies. See
  45.     readme file.
